I offer Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage Therapy and Youth Massage Therapy. Everything is tailored to each individual’s unique goals.

Great question! Before the massage session begins, we will take some time to discuss your health history, treatment goals, any questions or concerns you may have, and develop a treatment plan together. During the massage portion, feel free to enjoy the peaceful space, or if you’d prefer to be social- I’m more than happy to socialize! After the massage treatment, you’ll have some time to get off of the table. If there are any questions post-massage (ie stretches or exercises to assist your healing journey) I’m always happy to make suggestions!
